OP I hope you find your baby some help. I also hope you can better your situation to be able to take care of her, you need a phone, a car or at least someone to take you places and better access to information on how to properly care for her. Your baby needs to eat something other than what you are giving her now. Please take her to the doctor, if your mother won't listen please reach out to the father of the child or someone else to help you get her medical attention.
