yay! finally getting on track again!

I started my 30 day shred again yesterday..i had to stop cuz I got a tubal ..i lost 30 lbs in a month the first time I did it and kept it off for almost a year..i will post pics of my success in 30 days! Can't wait!

I am in such bad shape, I couldnt get through half the video.  

I'm @ 205..but I breezed thru it..i have 3 kids to keep me going..but the next day I was so sore but I continued on lol.i'm really feeling it today but I still did it.i'm determined not to be fat anymore! You can do it too!

I just bought it a couple of days ago so ill start it again on thursday. My problem is that ill only get a few days then i stop. I need to tough it out

After u finish a week its not hard to keep up with it..i do level one for 2weeks then level 3 for 2 Weeks..i hate level 2 so I.never do it lol
