BM storage question

we are EBF and im pumping for storage.
....I pumped 2oz tonight and put it in the fridge. can i continue to pump tommorow and once the milk is chilled add that to tonights milk and freeze it all together?

I never do...i would have a bunch of random bags with 1-3 oz because i didn't want to mix it with the next day.

uhhh thats what im trying to avoid if at all possible.

I don't see why you couldn't. If I had an ounce left of "yesterday's" I would add it to today's because an ounce wouldn't satisfy him.

The directions on the pamphlet that came with my storage bags says you can add only if what you're adding is less than the amount already in the bottle, and after the new stuff is cooled. I would also assume you could freeze it after you put it together.

I also heard that you could also store your entire pump in the fridge, then continue pumping into the same bottle later, but I'm not so sure about that one?

I dont know about that last part either because your not suppossed to mix the milk until its cooled. correct?
