She isn't old enough is she?

This is a friend of mine kids. The little one is almost 2 1/2.
She's not old enough to be in one of those seats yet is she? Even if she meets the weight limits?

No, her knees are nowhere near being close enough to bend at the seat correctly. Legally speaking, no as well. Cute kiddos though.

Idk DS is 3 and growing out of his seat so idk if we should get him a booster or another one of those big car seats idk the requirements.

I thought they had to be 4 to be in a booster... Regardless of what the age requirement is 2.5 is too young.

The shoulder strap isn't even over her chest.   It's behind her.
