I like with an e in the middle more because I have a step-niece that spells it that way, so any other way just seems weird

I like Loralei Pearl, and when i say it i say laura-lee pearl. When i see lorelei i say Lor-eh-lei not the lor-ah-lei i think you are wanting it to sound like

My mothers name is Lorelei. That is the proper spelling of it that I have always seen. And it's pronounced Laura-lie

oh ok. i dont see that when i see the name. Just cause when i say them together to me it doesnt flow it almost sounds like 2 seperate words...one of them being lie, kinda like her name was Laura middle name lie, but the more i keep saying it its starting to flow better just wasnt used to it haha
But i stick with the spelling i like   haha
