I am doing Weight Watchers, kind of...haven't been great on it. I run a couple times a week, kind of,,,that goes on and off too! Have been good running this week though. wnat to run a 1/2 marathon. I just keep trying every day to "start over." Today is a new day for eating and exercise...If I don't tell myself that, I give up if I slip and eat junk or don't exercise. I orinally lost 25 pounds with breastfeeding. When I quit breastfeeding and kept eating like I was BFing I gained most of it back..
One thing I hate, is I have a belly now. I have never had a flabby belly, now I am wondering if it will ever go away, weightloss or not. May have a tummy tuck after second baby!!
