Then I borrowed some 5 pound dumbbells from my friend so I can lift those & get rid of the fat on my arms. But I am not weighing myself just yet. I have a lot to lose.

I have a lot to lose.”girl i gained 60 pounds when i was pregnant and i gave birth at 28 weeks, so i had alot to lose as well...and i probably gained more b4 i had her because i hadnt been to the doctor in almost a month so im sure i put on a little more b4 having her...but ive went from 165 to 136 in just 4 months (i was to depressed to diet when i had her because she was in the NICU)....but i do a shitload of cardio now and it may not look like it to u, but if uve been eating right and exercising im sure u lost something....and i think toning looks better than just being thin so keep up what ur doing, ull be fine....i still have like 15 more pounds to lose to be happy with myself, but i want to lose 20..so im just hoping it comes off within the next couple months....oh u know what hepled me too?? a food journal, with calories and sugar and all those contents in it too....and that includes juice or whatever isnt water...

I was about 140 pre-prego & got up to 200. I know a while back I got down to 180~but heck, I need to lose about 40 more. I am also watching my portions sizes. Yeah, my baby was in the NICU for 1 week. Like I said, I havent weighed myself. I might get on it tomorrow morning & see where I'm at. Too bad we didnt live close together, cuz then we could work out together!!!! I hope you daughter is fine. So you are also 4 mths pp??

So you are also 4 mths pp??”no actually i am 6 months pp..but whwn i had her those 2 months she was in the NICU i was so depressed that all i did was eat, like i did when i was pregnant....so ya i gained more weight after i had her....but now shes doing great so now im happy and can go back to regular routine....i know i wish i hadna workout buddy because all my friends are skinny and and dont really go to the gym.....bummer and they go out to eat all the time annd i cant do that either...
