I've lost about 2-3 pounds. The past 4 days I have just been between 157 and 158. I guess its a small improvment. I have been trying to do crunches everyday on my exercise ball. I did about 200 each time. I also used my eliptical for about 30 minutes every other day. Usually I like to use it for an hour but I was way too tired this week. My eating habits have gotten slightly better but the past 2 days have not been so good. I have been eating healthy stuff but ended up eating junk later in the day

Thats what always happens to me!
We cant really afford much "healthy" food right now. Anything that is good for you, is too expensive.We are living on frozen pizzas and ramen. lol

Yea, money is starting to get tight. Its really hard to buy healthy food now. Especially when I'm the only one on a diet in a house with 4 people and a baby

Nice post. I have 15 more pounds to loose. I lost 35 just bfing, they seemed to melt right off but I've been stuck ever since   Anyway for the last couple of weeks I've been going to classes through a guest membership and it's really motivated me bc I hate going to gyms. Now, I'm actually waiting for us to have some $ so that I can get a membership. Until then I've been using on demand programs to exercise with and it's really been working so far. I haven't lost any weight yet but my body is so so so much more toned. Every day, or at least 4x's a week I try to work out at least for an hour an a half and I see a difference the next day. It's really exciting. I've been trying to eat better though. Has anyone found a cure for chocolate addiction yet bc this is my biggest prob?
And any idea for how to work out your lower back, where the love handles form?

AMEN! As are we. My Granma took us grocery shopping the other day tho. She bought me a bunch of yougurts and vitamin waters. I've been trying to stick to just those, but it's hard to when your brothers and sister are walking around with cookies and you know you have a costco box full of moon pies under your bed. >.>
I have a drs. appt comeing up since I'm 6 weeks PP today. They'll weigh me then and I'm curiouse to see what it says. If it says 160 or under I will be more then pleased with myself. Starting 2m morning I'm going to walk everyday and do sit ups.

Mmmmm now I want a vitamin water.
I have been having the worst cravings lately especially for ice cream, milkshakes, and pizzas. lol. I hope Im not preggo again (joke, lol).
Well anyways, today I made a breakthrough! I found excercise that I actually enjoy! Nick and some of his friends made these sword things out of pvc pipe, foam, and duct tape. They are really cool because they dont hurt to bad when you get hit and fighting with them is an amazing workout! I love it!!! I have also been doing more sit ups in my ab lounger. And I am going to try and start walking a little more.
Still not diet breakthroughs yet though.
and goddamnit Nick wont pick up his phone so I can tell him to get me a vitamin water

i have 12-15 more bout to lose i've been try to eat right and i do a light jog/fast walk six days a week and an abs work out most days

I have around 10 lbsto lose to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight but I want to lose a little more. I have the same problem withthebelly fat!It's so hard to get rid it! I've tried crunches and other things but it just won't go away. Also I carry a lot of weight in my chest ( i have big boobs) and I'd love to get back down to a 36 C.

My workout plan would be to walk 3-4 days a week for 45 minutes and add more veggies to my diet, and cut out all sugar. I am a stay at home mom so I get so kinda bored sometimes so I eat. It would be nice to exercise with a friend to motivate me but it sucks for me because all of my friend's don't live close to me. I never thought it would be this hard to lose the last few lbs of my baby weight! Maybe, I'll lose some of it by chasing around my 10 month old son that gets into everything!

woohoo...just wanted to update my progress...ive been workin out alot lately, we have a gym in our complex, and eating really healthy...and i went to the doctor today and i am 136!!! yay...i guess it has been paying off..even tho i cant tell...my pants are a little looser but i cant tell the difference whe i look in the mirror..but ya...thats how ive been lately...how has everyone else been doing??

WOW! Thats really good. I have also been trying to watch what I am eating. I have been walking like 3 miles about 3-4 times a week. Then I borrowed some 5 pound dumbbells from my friend so I can lift those & get rid of the fat on my arms. But I am not weighing myself just yet. I have a lot to lose.

girl i gained 60 pounds when i was pregnant and i gave birth at 28 weeks, so i had alot to lose as well...and i probably gained more b4 i had her because i hadnt been to the doctor in almost a month so im sure i put on a little more b4 having her...but ive went from 165 to 136 in just 4 months (i was to depressed to diet when i had her because she was in the NICU)....but i do a shitload of cardio now and it may not look like it to u, but if uve been eating right and exercising im sure u lost something....and i think toning looks better than just being thin so keep up what ur doing, ull be fine....i still have like 15 more pounds to lose to be happy with myself, but i want to lose 20..so im just hoping it comes off within the next couple months....oh u know what hepled me too?? a food journal, with calories and sugar and all those contents in it too....and that includes juice or whatever isnt water...

Umm, Well girly, I also gained 60 pounds with my son. I was about 140 pre-prego & got up to 200. I know a while back I got down to 180~but heck, I need to lose about 40 more. I am also watching my portions sizes. Yeah, my baby was in the NICU for 1 week. Like I said, I havent weighed myself. I might get on it tomorrow morning & see where I'm at. Too bad we didnt live close together, cuz then we could work out together!!!! I hope you daughter is fine. So you are also 4 mths pp??

it took me 5 months to get back to around my normal weight.. i was 110 pre pregnancy and the day before i had my baby i was 162.. now i'm at 114.. all i have to do is lose that POOCH! does anyone have any ideas on losing that infamous pooch? i miss my flat stomach!

no actually i am 6 months pp..but whwn i had her those 2 months she was in the NICU i was so depressed that all i did was eat, like i did when i was pregnant....so ya i gained more weight after i had her....but now shes doing great so now im happy and can go back to regular routine....i know i wish i hadna workout buddy because all my friends are skinny and and dont really go to the gym.....bummer   and they go out to eat all the time annd i cant do that either...
