Quoting Courtney [35 weeks]:" It varies by state, but I do know, the limit for myself and son is around $1500-1600 monthly. How many people do you have in your household? The more you have, the higher the limit is. "Three. My friends seem to think that since DH and I are living with my mother that means we should qualify and no matter how many times I have explained to them that we are separate households they insist that we can get it because we live with my mom. I am like we are paying rent for the room we live in... That would be like renting a room in someone elses house and trying to count them all as one.

Quoting A❤T=P+[It's a Girl:" depends on your state. are you pregnant? it's a little easier for pregnant women."Nope. I will not be getting pregnant until we have mula again.. Which shall be soon. DH is going to get his first actual full check here soon!

Quoting HopingforaMiracle:" For a family size of 3 your annual income needs to be below $18,530. Per Texas Medicaid brochure that ... [snip!] ... a month. Though I would believe the one who lives in Texas. And living with your mom may cause a little bit of problems."I don't see why it would cause issue though because we are paying rent to her. It would be just like renting a room in a house because that is exactly what we are doing.
Quoting Raindancer:" I don't see why it would cause issue though because we are paying rent to her. It would be just like renting a room in a house because that is exactly what we are doing."They can count her income into yours, even if you are paying your own bills and rent. I went through this myself when I lived with my mom, who mind you, made less than what I did.
