Suggest a recipe with curry and chicken!

Going to make dinner tomorrow involving white rice (can buy brown rice if it goes better), my box of curry and chicken breast. Help? I hate the idea of winging it. I don't wanna ruin SO on curry. I don't wanna ruin myself on curry either.

I use apple sauce instead of apples, I make it a little more sweet than spicy.

Love it and my husband and friends loved it too.  

A friend of mine made a fried chicken breast and put it on top of rice with curry on top and it was pretty good

I just posted a recipe of Lemon Curry Chicken, its a homemade recipe but everyone loved it here.. it was delicious.

its served with white rice too.
