Is hcg levels of 12 enough to get a positive pregnancy test? I went to the docs for bloodwork last week and it was at a 12 . I took a pregnant test the day before and yesterday and got a BFP. I took one last week and it was a negative.

Most likely not. Most tests don't detect HCG until the levels are at 25. Some docs don't even consider 12 as pregnant...

No, most HPT's don't pick up anything below 20/25.
If your number was 12 last week, and now you are getting positive tests, then it sounds like your numbers are going up and you're pregnant..

Update!!! My hormones have dropped some more and I'm not pregnant after all!!
