Healthy first birthday cake alternatives?

So I am in search for a healthy alternative for Jaxin's first birthday cake. Any ideas? I want to avoid the traditional super sugary/empty calorie cake and go for something that is healthy AND yummy.

carrot cake?

Maybe a yummy slice of cornbread with cream cheese? Hehe, looks the same but has at least some nutritional value!

Carrot cake and no frosting....

All I can think of.

Or maybe offer muffins instead

I like the muffin idea. U could do like a blueberry muffin mix in a cake pan.

Chocolate cake made out of black beans is actually really good. My aunt made it last week.

I also like fruit type cakes,
Banana cake, and my mom makes a yummy peach cake topped with cool whip

I made white cake with fresh whipped whipped cream for frosting and a tad sugar for a little hint of sweet and fresh dices strawberries for decoration.
