I feel so bad for DS...UTI ?

My poor hunny keeps getting sick, 2 weeks ago he had a double ear infection, last Thrusday he got croup and astham and today at his follow up appt he was diagnosed with sinusitis and his allergies are acting up too. He was on prednisolone for 3 days (even though I was told to keep him on it for 7 days, his pedi never recommend so many days and on his follow up appt said it was ok to do that, btw he got the prescription in the ER) and now he is on 4 medications which are singulair, eryped, bromfed, and zyrtec, plus abuterol before bed or when needed for the next few days.

Well, aside from all this today DS has been peeing A LOT more than normal and peed on himself twice. I'm starting to get concerned...could it be a UTI? When should I get him seen? If it is a UTI, can eryped help?

Some meds can act as a diauretic, which means they make you pee more. I don't know about his meds you listed but that came to mind. He also just might feel crummy and too tired to make it to the potty.

I guess that could be the issue but I know he's feeling fine to go to the bathroom. The first time he peed was on his way to the bathroom and then in Taek Won Do class.
