What is wrong with my lo

Yesterday he slept about 3 hours than kept me up all night today he's slept an hour that's it. He's crying over everything nothing I do for him is right, other than feed him.. I'm starting to get really upset this sucks. He's almost 4weeks old

Is he on formula or breast milk? He could have an upset stomach.. If you use formula I'd try a different brand/kind, and if you breast feed you might want to map out what you are eating and see if its something you are eating that is upsetting his stomach..

Acid reflux would make him spit up a lot. My oldest son had that. Or maybe he has gas?

My son had extremely bad reflux along with some lactose intolerance and milk protein allergy, I switched him from breast milk to Similac Alimentum (after trying several other formulas) and hit the nail right on the head! Along with a change of food, I purchased him a rock n' play napper by Fisher Price that helped a TON with his reflux!
