Looking for health insurance Qs

I am looking for health insurance for DH and I and possibly our child (depends on if we can get him into chip or not) and I was wondering what it means when the insurance says there is like a 30% for coinsurance?

Also does anyone know any well priced health insurance plans? We just want this for three months until his job goes perm. I am looking for one with at the most a $5000 with covered or partially covered office visits for about $150 a month. If it does have covered or partially covered office visits and a higher deductible that would be awesome as well! I doubt I will find one like that but idk.

After the deductible is met you will pay 30% of the charges until your out of pocket maximum is met.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.. Ok. It doesn't even list a max deductible on any of these. Oh well. Trying to find insurance hurts my brain very much.
