im making crock pot applesauce. recipe calls for 1/4 ts of lemon juice and 1 strip of lemon peel... if I used lime juice and lime peel would it do the same thing and keep the apples from browning?
well i was gonna save a trip to the store with 4 kids. but i just realized im out of dish soap and low on TP so i gotta go anyway, i guess i will just get lemon! thanks though for future refernce.
