Using my old breast pump

posted 14th Jan
I have the medela advanced double personal breast pump. I used it for 3 months in 2010. I took very good care of it. I wanted to know if it would be okay to replace the tubing & wash the bottles & shields in the dishwasher or do I just need to buy a new pump all together? If I do keep it, what else should I replace?

I don't see an issue with it. It's not like there's milk in the mechanisms. I'd re-use mine, but mine sucks. I'm hoping to get a Medela this time.

The pump itself doesn't touch milk. I used my mom's (yes, I know, super weird) but she bought me new EVERYTHING for it beforehand.

I'm pretty sure it's still cheaper than getting a whole new one

I did this, too. It was only a single pump, though, so I ended up buying a double.
