I use it as a rice substitute. It's yummier (I know not a word haha) and fluffier   and it also cooks faster.

I have to try it the next time I go to WinCo since I have not found it at any of my local stores. I have wanted to try it for a while but never really knew what to expect from it

I got a big bag of it from our Costco! Maybe check there if there's one near you.

Costco memberships are ridiculous so we don't have one. We have a Sam's Club one but I have never seen quinoa there. I know at WinCo it is in the bulk bins so I can get as much or as little as I want. Just a matter of going there since it is a bit out of the way for a quick trip

I fry some chorizo and then mash the pinto beans in with it then add some sliced jalapeño. Mash it all together and add some cheese. They are so so good!

I don't really like them alone either but mixed with beans its awesome!
