Rotel chicken and rice

I'm gonna make some chicken and rice tonight with a can of Rotel.

So far I'm thinking cut up chicken, a bag of white rice, a can of cream of chicken (or celery), a can of rotel, and some cheddar cheese.

Any other ideas of what I could add to it?

Pepper jack cheese?

He saw me put Sriracha on my taco once and begged me to try it. I warned him he wouldn't like it but.. he insisted. His face was priceless lol. He doesn't like spicy food

Instead of rice you can sub it for angel hair pasta and then add 8pz of sour cream. mix together and bake for 25 mins and you have deliciois chicken spaghetti.

Oddly enough, this is a modified version of my chicken spaghetti recipe because I don't have any pasta

Lol! This is what I'm making tonight. But I have just made chicken and rice with a can of cream of mushroom soup in the crockpot.
