Get it girl. I just added it on to my hour work out I've been trying to do when the baby goes to bed... Got a lot of weight to lose! Hopefully in a few weeks I'll be able to brag about doing squats while I'm brushing my teeth too!

That's what my mentality was when I was skinny! Now that I'm in such bad shape exercise is so much more intimidating. I'm trying to get back there but I lose my motivation every time I look in a mirror or get on a scale, it's just like overwhelming being this big. Which is so backwards, needing to lose more weight should be helping to motivate me, not hurting. Lolllll whatever I'm nuts

OH and ladies, when doing squats try to remember that while in your squat you should be able to move your toes. All of your weight should be in your heels.

Dont weigh yourself all the time. Once a week once every two weeks. or once a month.
Dont look at it as working out, look at it as bettering your life for your child/ren.

Have you tried a zumba class?

I did that crunch thing, I had 90 and I could hardly do them. IDK how you do 500+

I'm too self conscious to do a class yet. I haven't actually weighed myself since the beginning of the month so that when I do it's a noticeable difference. That's a really good way of looking at it though!
