Due date buddies in feb 2009

Hi, I'm due in Feb. 09, scared my daughter will feel like I've abanded her after baby comes along. I give her SO much attention now, I'm afraid how she'll handle it. Any suggestions?

Keep her involved with the pregnancy as much as you can  

I can't believe people are already expecting for Feb. 09. It seems like just yesterday. lol.
Oh and just make sure she knows that you love her.and spend time w/ her after baby is born .like while it's napping. kids are very understanding.

I know, there's someone who's aiming for March '09 - that was MY due date! Wow, time flies.

OP- I agree with everyone, keep her involved. I don't have personal experience because I only have one child, but my sister was a lot younger than me and I remember my parents let me "help" make a lot of decisions - like helping to choose a name (OK, they didn't choose mine though because it would've been impossible to pronounce in Czech  ), helping to decorate the baby's room, etc. So I didn't feel at all left out. I was excited that I'd have a baby sister.
