I am so pissed right now. I'm waiting on my CNM but the nurse just looked at my chart and said there WAS cysts on my ovary the last ultrasound. The doctor LIED to me and said it was fine.

Whhaaat? Often polyscystic ovaries have a whole bunch of follicles that look like a "string of pearls." I would ask about that.

That's what she said. It was very enlarged with cysts. PCOS next to it. The doctor is a bitch for real. I told her that we stopped trying in April (religiously trying anyway) because we got our nephews. She said oh you don't need anymore...


Well she just came in. I did not have cysts now. The nurse read it wrong. She did say my testosterone was elevated for a female the last time. She doesn't know how the other doctor overlooked it. I'm about to get a blood draw for my insulin, sugar and prolactin. Ultrasound again in 3 weeks and some provera. Clomid will likely be next. It just depends on my labs and ultrasound.

They are. They're my husband's brothers kids. We put ttc off because we got them in April but I think their moms may end up with them. We'll find out more in March.

That's sad   we really wanted to get SOs nephews too. He had 3 of them, all under 5. They're all a year and some odd months apart. But we live in a diff state so it would have been hard to do. Right now SOs parents have custody of them. But they're pushing 60. They can't raise these boys into their 70s   they're both already on disability. I mean dont get me wrong they do good with them, but it's tiring I'm sure. We would love to have them but have no idea how to go about it without he parents rights being completely terminated.

I wanted to add' she said I probably didn't show any signs before my kids because I was on birth control so long. Every time I got pregnant, it was anywhere from 3-9 months of stopping it. Now that I've been off for so long, that's why it's all running haywire.

Yea, it's so hard. I feel like I'm standing still sometimes. If the moms don't get them back, we are planning to adopt them but so far, they're doing the services ordered. It really depends on if they get their own houses or not. The dad of all of them is not cooperating. It's likely his rights are going to be terminated.

So I started the provera. I started cramping like 2-3 hours after taking it ??? Anyone else have that happen? Maybe I did have cysts and they're bursting? I'm still cramps off and on on day 2.

Did they say it would burst cysts?! Idk if that happens or not. Hmmm... But you could have had te cysts burst. It's possible. Or it's because your body is reacting to the progesterone it's been needing. Maybe it's kick starting everything.
