I personally feel Kailey or any of its spellings are too popular. So my vote is of course for Geneva-Rose. And you're welcome

One of my best friends in middle school was named Geneva, and really like it! I thunk Geneva-Rose flows very nicely   Also, fewer people will have a difficult time pronouncing it because it is a place name/proper noun some people are familiar with already.
