Pp period?

I'm ebf and will be 4week pp on Thursday. I pretty much quit bleeding now its really heavy and like a period? Could this be it?

up until 6-8 weeks, it's still lochia.

are you on any birth control?

ohhh, ok because i was going to say that it could be BC constantly making your uterus shed. thats what my OB told me at least and i'm 6weeks pp

I don't ebf. I mix feed, but at 3-4 weeks pp I stopped bleeding completely. A few days later it picked up for like 24 hours. Stopped for a few days. Then picked up again for another 24 hours and nothing since then. No idea if it was a "period." I was extremely irritable though.
