Just Wanted to Share...

I just wanted to share with somebody. My SO and I went to church yesterday. One of his friends and classmates invited him, and so from time to time he will go and I will go with him with our kids. Well, yesterday at the end of the sermon, the Pastor gets up and asks if anyone wants to join, and my SO stands up and walks up front to join the church. I was very happy because we both are Christians, but he has been looking for a church home for about 6 or 7 months now. The people there are very nice and I think he can learn a lot there. He didn't want to join my church, and that's okay with me. But I think when we get married I wouldn't mind joining him at his church now. I can even see some areas where I could be useful. And I think our kids will flourish there. It was a very positive move on his part (and the Lord's!).
