I get a whole 30 min break for lunch. Whoop de doo! Is it pointless to eat and then go walk for 15 mins, since it takes about 20 to get your heart rate up and "count"? Or should I save my time and just work out at home later? I was planning on later anyways, but should I just skip walking?
