Wanted to share my weight loss journey up to this point! It's been 6 weeks of healthy eating, and exercising! (This week is my 7th week)
I do a mix of pilates, zumba, and I do a lot of cardio. I workout 6 days a week, and eat super healthy for 6 days a week as well, with one rest day a week.
I started off at 202lbs, and now I am approx 185lbs. I am nowhere near my goal weight, but I am happy with the progress and am really motivated! My goal is probably- 140lbs, so I have a ways to go.
I am a serious 'yo-yoer' so I am determined to not let myself fall of the train this time- making it more of a lifestyle change then just a diet.
