At first, it was a struggle- I had to literally force and push myself through. After the 2nd week- my body is so used to the routine, that I feel like i *need* it! Sounds so cliche, but when you really stick with it, it does get 'easier' in time.

Yes mam! Monday through Saturday I work out   Sunday is almost always my "off day" where I get to indulge in yummy food a bit and rest from working out. If it's an occasion like a birthday dinner or holidays it may not always be a sunday!  

And oh stop, you're gorgeous and so are the perfect people you make <3 thank you!

Thats honestly the biggest progress I see, is my muffin top! Even the way that I feel in my "muffin top" area is different when I wear shirts and what not! Thank you so much! It feels so good to work hard as hell and have some progress, even if ts just a bit   thanks so much again. <3
