I had MFP on my old phone, I should sign up for it again! I have a huge sweet tooth and thats my down fall. I crave smurf food all day, I ate a smurf ton of fast food when I was pregnant and I think thats why I gained so much weight. I only do almond milk as well, and occasionally 100% orange juice, juice is a huge down fall for me so I try not to keep it in the house. I limit my snacks for the day, mostly I eat fruits and veggies but once daily I can have a kashi bar or a protein bar or frozen greek yogurt. I don't drink tea or coffee because I just don't like it.
After my work out I usually just have a protein shake (I go at night) so I drink it on my way home and then fall asleep once I get home.
I have no self control, if there is junk around I will eat it. So i'm having a hard time at work... I work in a group home and we are aloud to eat anything in the house. They always have oreo's, fig newtons, hot dogs, junk galore. I really need help not eating at work.
