Sounds like Bells Palsy. DH had it while deployed the 2nd time

He still hasn't been seen. I TOLD him to go to the ER!

I have a feeling they will just send him over to the ER  

They're calling it "viral neuropathy" and told him it will go away on its own.

But he hasn't told me if they actually ran any tests or just went "oh, you have a lung infection, so I'm sure it's the same thing."

I've known DH had a ling infection since Friday
