Breech Baby

I went to the doctors on Friday and he is concerned because the baby is breech.
I was 35 weeks 1 day at the time.
He scheduled me and ultrasound for the 17th ( I'll be 36 weeks then)
Should I be worried she is breech, or does she have time to turn still?

Also, he mentioned exercises to help. Does anyone know what kinds help?

still time for turning literally up to labor and depending on the kind of breech at that time still possible to deliver without surgery if your dr. is ok and lots of things to help turn baby in case it gets close to d day and baby hasnt turned

If my 9lb 1oz baby turned breech at 41w1d..your baby can still turn! Like the other poster said..check out spinningbabies.com
