What the hell do you do with your left over FRESH herbs? You know, when the recipe only calls for a tablespoon of FRESH basil, thyme, cilantro, parsley, etc. and you can only buy it in massive amounts at the grocery store.
What do you do with it if you aren't planning any other meals that week that use it? Is there a "best" way to store and prolong it's life? Any tips?
