re: Restraining/protective order

when I did my paperwork all 50 million pages since we had a child together I didn't get it the same day.. I did it on Friday they had me go to the court house on Monday to see if it was approved and picked it up.. then I ha to go to some part of the sheriff's department so he could be served by them and we went to court two or 3 weeks later.. it was extended another 6 months then a permanent one was put In to place for 5 years but this was in 2009/2010 and in California. I don't know if states are different .. but they told me that weekend when I filed that if he caused any trouble to call 911. crazy to think it's been 3 years
