I have a huge cookbook made specifically for crock pots! & three crock pots. & I never use any of it  

I do love making homemade meatballs in the crock pot though. My Mom taught me how to her way, & I can never get them exactly like hers. But still nom.

Chicken and dumplings

3 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken
1 can cheese soup
1/2 brick cream cheese
Salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste
Half a bag of baby carrots chopped
1 stock of celery chopped
Dumplings recipe on the side of the Bisquick box (I let them cook for maybe 15 minutes then roll them and rotate the middle ones to the outside)

Put everything but the veggies in and cook for about 2 hours on low. Take chicken out and chop then mix back in. Add veggies and cook for an hour. Add dumplings, cook for an extra half hour.

Let me see if I can remember all this on the top of my head.. lol.

Mix hamburger meat, eggs ( I cannot remember how many. I think two! ), diced onions, garlic powder & garlic salt to your desired taste, & some broken up bread. Roll into balls. Fry until brown on the outside. Put on low in crockpot in your favorite spaghetti sauce for 5-6 hours. Make sure there is enough sauce to cover them. No need to stir while waiting.

Only thing different I did, I used a whole chicken(I recommend boneless..lol.)and I added a pinch or two of red pepper flakes for a little kick. It is amazing! My boyfriend loves it, so does my daughter who is such a picky eater.  

I cooked it for 5-6 hours on low and then shredded it and put it back in for 30 minutes to an hour or longer, depending on how the size of the chicken. I served it over white rice, but next time my step dad wants me to do it in a sandwich instead of over rice.
