bedroom

We are going to be moving to Ohio soon for my SO's job and included in the job is free housing. Well we went to check the condos out today and the free one they are offering is a 2 bedroom ..problem is 1 bedroom is upstairs and the other is downstairs. I really really don't want my daughter (3 years old) on a different floor than us . I'm too worried about someone breaking in or a fire or anything like that. They also have a 3 bedroom available for $250 a month ...$250 just seems like a heck of a lot of money for just one extra bedroom though so we don't know what to do. Plus we still have to sell our house yet in Indiana and will be paying on that until its sold..what would you ladies do? Would you be ok with a little one being on a different floor as you? If we were to do the 2 bedroom I would want the downstairs room and her be upstairs with baby gate and monitors just in case she needs up. Still freaks me out though lol ugh!

We co-sleep so it wouldnt be a big deal for me at all.

we're considering that..I just don't wanna be stuck paying our mortgage plus that if it takes awhile to sell our house.. if it wasn't for having to sell our house we would definitely get the 3 bedroom cause $250 is cheap lol

haha yeah..well the 3 bedroom one we would be getting is normally 750 but my SO's cousin owns it which is why he is giving us a deal since he will be working for him. so yeah 250 is super cheap but then again he was gonna give us the 2 bedroom for free. We'd just have to pay electric and that's it! so we are considering doing that to save up some money to eventually buy another house over there.

My lo sleeps on a different floor than me. There is a baby gate on his door a and the top of the stair landing. He's 3 and honestly has never even walked out of his room on his own. He just gets up and plays until I come get him.
But 250 is not much at all.. I'd probably pay another 250 for another room.

That's what I was thinking $250 for an extra room sounds like a great deal where I'm from too. $700 would be beyond amazing for even a one bedroom apartment
