1 month old throwing up!!!

My family had the stomach bug last week. And now I have had it all day. The thing is now I think my 1 month old has it. He eats his milk and burps really good. About 10 mins later It all comes back out shooting sometimes across the the bed. The doc has added cereal to his bottles for reflex. But his throwing up has never been this bad. What do I do? TIA

What kind of cereal? It's probably that, he can't digest it so he is throwing it back up cause his body is rejecting it.

If he does have the bug, it'll run its course and he'll be ok. Just feed him smaller amounts more frequently and hopefully he can keep some of it down. Personally I would skip the cereal for now, make things as easy on his stomach as possible. If it's been 24 hours and he still can't keep anything down, you'll need to call his doctor to make sure he doesn't get dehydrated.
