That was a bit much. Not calling the cops doesn't effect her parenting skills, driving drunk esp with a child in the car does.

I don't know if they could do anything. I have no idea what their names are or anything, i'm gonna be looking out for them from now on.

I guess just keep an eye on them until you get some more information. They sound too irresponsible to have a 4 month old in their care.
