Technically at this point it is considered the "baby blues" so there is hope that you will naturally get out of this funk. But if you are still feeling this way at your six week checkup, or you start feeling like taking care of yourself or baby is too difficult with how you are feeling, then your OB or midwife will be able to refer you to a therapist who specializes in PPD.
Check out meetup.com for playgroups in your are to meet mommy friends. Get out for walks if it is warm enough or even if you can get your mom to watch your baby or if you feel comfortable taking baby, just getting to the grocery store or target can help a lot.
