if i had to choose Levi Arthur. Owen Levi, sounds cute too imo.

I like Levi but I don't like the middle names..

Earle and Arthur are family name

I personally much prefer Owen to Levi. Levi doesn't feel like a complete name to me, like it's missing a last syllable. And it seems like a brand name for jeans.
Owen (or other variations thereof, like Ewan and others) is a solid name that feels strong.
I would prefer the middle name Arthur myself with whatever FN you end up going with. At least, if both Earle and Arthur are equally honoring family.

I like Owen Earle the best.

Earle is different, I like it much better than Arthur as a middle.
