Are they the same thing in the stores called the soft cup?

That would be nice! I still wear a pad/pantyliner when wearing a tampon because I don't 100% trust them without them. But sometimes the pad (wings) stick out of the underwear and cause lots of friction on my back thigh from walking and it's pretty painful. I wonder if it would alleviate all that.

It's a soft silicone cup that you fold in half and pop in. It is something that I think I may not have handled well before kids, but I got the size 2 for people "after vaginal child birth or over 30 years of age", so maybe the other one is a lot smaller.

It is way more comfortable than a tampon for me though. I don't feel it at all.

And I like not having to change it but, maybe twice a day.

Yeah it sucks big time! Makes sexy time, not so sexy because it's all I think about.
On a regular day it doesn't hurt, but if I spend 8 hours running around work when it's stupid busy it aches. Aches even more when I have my period, standing for long amounts of time while on my period is awful. lol!

I wore a light panty liner today and didn't need it. I know what you mean about the friction with the ones with wings, that's so aggravating.

I have the size two also - even though I had a c-section and have another year before I'm 30  I think the size 1 only varies by a few millimeters. I'd compare the width to a salad dressing to go up. It's kinda big but it folds and is flexible.

It's painful. Sometimes I get bumps from it that form that I think are cysts.

That sounds awful, can it be fixed? It sounds like it would be worth it.

All prolapses can be 'fixed'. They use a netted sling and it gets reattached to the organs wall. But with age and the wonderfulness of gravity, it can falls again.
I also believe for a uterine/cervix prolapse they have a plastic piece that can be inserted to push everything back up, but I don't see the point since that would be something that would have to be cleaned every day.

I use the soft cups and the are awesome. I forget I'm wearing anything. You only have to change it every 12 hrs however I change it more often.
You can also have sex with it in. No messy period sex FTW!!

I can't wait to buy one! Did you have to try a few times before getting the insertion down or was it easy?
