What age to take to Disney World?

What do you think is the best age to take your kid(S) to Disney World?

I was planning on taking my daughter for her 5th birthday, but I got pregnant.

my kids are almost 4 and 7 and im still waiting a couple more years to take them to disneyland. And i know that disneyworld is a lot different than disneyland.
with that being said if you live close then i prob wouldnt hesitate as much, but for us it would be a big expensive 10 day trip so we are waiting till our kids are a bit older.

We went for my daughter's 3rd birthday.

She had a blast, though we will never go in the summer again. Too hot!!

We took the kids last summer, and they were 2 (almost 3) and 5. They had a blast. It was a great time!

We're going this fall, in October. I think it'll be perfect. I'll have a 10, 8 & 5 year old.

we plan on waiting until our oldest is 6 or 7 depending on how tall she is. if she comes after me we might go sooner.
and even then only if one of my parents comes with us since they dont go on the big rides. disney is expensive we would want to get the most out of it and DD is too little for most of the stuff right now and we wouldnt want to spend the whole time in kiddie world when they tickets and the stay there is so pricey.

this is exactly what were doing. my oldest is 7 and 47 inches so she is almost tall enough to go on most rides besides the crazy rollercoasters that you have to be 52 inches for. Our inlaws will also be coming with us so they can watch our youngest when were wanting to go off on our own for a bit and do some rides or out with our oldest. theyve been there 8 times and my mil doesnt do rides so she can take my littlest and go do some with her...although my time we do go my youngest will prob be 5. I cant imagine spending so much on a vacation for a 3 year old to take on kiddie rides...wehn i could take them to the local fair and tehy prob wouldnt know the differance and have just as much fun! Plus as of now my youngest is a little scared of people dressed up as things haha. We want to do it right when we go and be able to experiance everything, casue we prob wont go back for a while

Yeah when I was planning on going I was going to go with my bf, my sister, and one of her friends. during half the days they could do whatever, but nights they'd have to babysit my daughter so the bf and I could go out and half the days so we could ride the big rides.

We live about 20 mins from Disneyland so He's gone at least once a year there since he turned one.

DisneyWorld, we took him this past August when he was 4 (a few months away from being 5) and he had a very enjoyable experience.
