Baby blisters?

For about 2 hours my daughter has gotten blisters on her left hand between her pinky finger to her middle are red and then blistered on her knuckles.
Where could this have come from? She hasn't been around anything that would have burnt her. Shes only been in her dads arms and her saucer for 2 seconds.
it doesn't hurt when I touch it. It was just red an hour ago and then I just noticed the blisters. So those just appeared.
Im not sure what I should do, if I should take her to urgent care? or wait and see what happens until tomorrow.
oh and she is almost 5 months old.

ive never heard of that, i wouldnt say ER but it never hurts to give the doctor a call.... always makes me feel better

Yeah it's weird, I looked all over her body an that's the only place.
It doesn't make sense.

Can you take a picture? Also, I was told to always call the doctor if I saw any kind of rash that was blistery-like.

I'm going to take her, it's got me freaked out.

Well SO just informed while I was at the store my sister sat her in her bumbo on the counter next to the crock pot and that its possible she touched it.
Lovely, He said he grabbed her as soon as he seen her on the counter. Im really annooyed, I know she didnt know better not to put her on there in her bumbo So I am not angry. but a little upset also that it took so long to actually tell me what happened while I sit here freaking out thinking she may have some disease!!!

So I am going to put neosporin on and call her doctors office and see what they say to do.

I hope it gets better soon. Tell her to never put her on the counter in the Bumbo, very unsafe! Give baby a frozen wet washcloth to hold on the boo boo.

I feel so bad, I hate that I wasn't home to make sure that didn't happen.
