coconut oil?

Which brands and kinds are best for hair and skin treatments. Ive heard it's great for your hair makes it super shiny and helps with dry scalp and skin

I've heard just to make sure it's virgin coconut oil and organic. I use it in my hair and it does seem to help!

Whet can i find organic virgin coconut oil in Milwaukee?

I use the stuff I find in the cooking aisle, LOL. The expensive stuff honestly isn't any different or better then the cheap stuff. I don't like it on my hair, it makes it feel heavy but I use it on my skin once a week. I like to put it in my bathwater sometimes too but it's a PITA to clean afterward.

I found some at walmart. If not there maybe a health food store?

Louanne pure coconut oil. It comes in a white jar with the other cooking oils and costs about $7. I use it for cooking also.

How does your skin react to it, do you use it on your face, do you break out

It's softer and smoother, I use it on my whole body. I rarely have breakouts but they happen even less now. I usually bring a bowl with a few scoops in it in the shower with me and slather it on in there before it melts completely
