cyst or scar tissue?

posted 13th Jan
After my second baby I had a Mirena inserted. In turn I developed a 4little inch cyst on my left ovary. I had surgery because after the cyst ruptured I still had pains. They found that I had massive amounts of scar tissue that had adhered to my abdominal wall after my second csection. Im having these weird pains. Its like a tearing , burning pain down the middle of my lower belly. But it feels like its ripping my skin! I also have a line down the middle of my belly where the skin is pulled in. Its up and down, not across. Im having random spotting and cramping as well. The cramping radiates mainly through my right side. Wtf is wrong? Im scared I will have to have surgery again!!!
