numb face?

For the past 3 Weeks or so parts of my face will go numb randomly. And one of my arms or legs... Earlier the whole left side of my face went numb. The feeling always comes back. When any part of me goes numb I get extremely exhausted which goes away when the feeling comes back in what ever went numb. What could this be? Its freaking me out.

I'd see a doctor right away! Sounds like something with the heart, possibly stroke!
