Quoting LiLMuChAcHa22:" I thought about that . I like child development so I could become a teacher but I know you need a bachelors ... [snip!] ... get into nursing and all classes are about 5 hrs long for one class, and since I have to pay rent I really dont have the time."
You can do it. You really have to be determined. I'm about to get into a BSN program. Its my first time being in school with children and I also plan to be working full time as well. I'm nervous but I'm not going to let that deter me. Check out the nursing schools in your area. If you need to take some core classes for prereqs, do them at an local community college. You have the option of doing them online and going in for tests/labs/classroom discussions. It will open up your schedule more, you know?
The community college I went to had its own medical campus as well. I did my prereqs online through the college. The nursing school also had the option to complete an accelerated nursing program. I didn't choose that path but definitely do your research.
