Hip Pain

I have had hip problems since I was about 14. Popping and slight pain. In 2010 I got into a car accident and it worsened a little, but not unbearable. Since I have become pregnant, my hips have been hurting so much. I have never been to the doctor for it, so I am not sure what they can really do about it. Do you or have you had hip problems/pain? What is the cause of it and what did you do to ease the pain? I hate doctors and taking medications, so I don't really want to be seen until I really need to.
