Maybe you should just make a list of names you like and not be so concerned about letters. For one it makes it difficult and also, kids don't like to be stuck with the same initials as their siblings. It's really mean. Kids are already going to be compared to their siblings, now giving them absolutely no individuality because they match their brothers and sister's. it makes it hard on them.
Not to mention, it's completely uncreative and lazy.
