A million thoughts

I don't know what is wrong with me..

I keep having a million thoughts/ideas in my head, keep forgetting things.. I know I need to calm down and concentrate on a few things alone, but I feel I can't. I'm constantly drifting away in my mind to a bazillion different things. it's so frustating. What should I do?

Make to do lists? Pin things to pinterest? Idk I get like that too. I have to remind myself that I can't do everything everywhere all at once...to pick one room, topic, whatever and finish it as best I can.

My pediatrician actually spoke about it but never really tested or anything. I just feel like I try my hardest to concentrate, but still can't.

if it's really becoming a burden in life, it couldn't hurt to talk to your Dr further about it.

i have heard there are more natural ways to help...but i can't think of any off hand. you could probably google some ADHD diets or something along those lines.

Sounds like adhd. No big deal meds can help.
