Nesting!

So I am 37 weeks 2 days and I went into full force nesting yesterday. All the women in my family are telling me it won't be long now and it's a sign labor is coming. I nested for probably 8 hours, cleaning, scrubbing, rearranging...this is my first baby so I'm anxious to have him! After I was done nesting I took a shower and sat down to relax with my red raspberry leaf tea. I decided to bounce on my birthing ball after and watch a little tv, soon I was having contractions about 10 min apart for about 90 seconds each. It was hard to breath but I think it was also part anxiety. I repacked both mine and the babies hospital bags just incase and then I went to bed. Woke up this morning and now I'm just wondering what the hell was up with me...lol. Anyone go into labor days after nesting?

I nested for about 2 months, so it didn't mean labor was near in my case. I have heard that a lot though...

I'm so glad to hear this, I've been waiting to get everything ready for her arrival until a couple weeks before my due date and was worrying that I'd be too big and lazy to nest lol. But I've been nesting like crazy since about 20 weeks.

I've been nesting since 15 weeks   With DS I nested for about 3 weeks before labor.

I nested hardcore for 4 weeks before I had DD. I'd literally be up cleaning everything 3x a day until 2am.

I think I may take the dogs for a long walk today and see if that does anything.
