super bloated/nauseous-help

what can i do to stop this? i put in my nuvarung yesterday but i was a week late putting it in (i suck), my hormones are shot to hell i thought putting it in late would help but it just got so much worse overnight lol.

i constantly want to throw up and my stomach just feels like a water bag sloshing around. i have about ten lbs of water just hanging out. can anything make this stop???


im not pregnant...for sure.
